Our client is one of Australia's big players in the truss and timber frame industry with a wide network of fabricators all over the country. We are seeking the services of a talented Field Service Technician to join their operations in New South Wales. Reporting to the State Manager, this role is focused on providing outstanding field service to the NSW client base. Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Installation and commissioning of machinery/equipment in the field
- Servicing and preventative maintenance requirements
- Attending to breakdown situations where required
- Providing end-user training where needed
- Developing and nurturing client relationships
- Completion of required reporting to a high standard
- Relevant mechanical/electrical trade qualifications
- Experience in machinery installation, commissioning and maintenance
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for customer service and maintaining relationships
- The ability to travel within NSW and complete regular overtime
- Knowledge/skills with PLC (desirable)

Previous experience in the truss and frame industry (or related machinery) is a significant advantage.
