The main game...
- Atomi's Marketing team takes an organisational approach to enabling and developing our marketing strategy and delivery with scalable, flexible & data-driven initiatives.

The Partnerships Marketing Manager will work closely with our School Partnerships team to spearhead partnerships, events and field marketing initiatives, as well as manage and coordinate day-to-day projects alongside other marketing team members.
- Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution.
- Manage partnerships and field marketing campaigns that promote our products within a defined strategy.
- Drive initiatives to build awareness and stickiness for the Atomi product in front of potential customers "in the field" - think trade shows, conferences, school events, etc. These initiatives may include promotions, sales demonstrations, direct sales, and more.
- Own the partnerships marketing metrics and results, tracking end-to-end from budget spent through to pipeline generated and deals won.
- Manage partner relationships effectively and leverage them to scale partnership marketing opportunities
- Work closely with the School Partnerships team to ensure leads are followed up efficiently, effectively and converted
- Manage the partnerships marketing budget, including partnerships, sponsorships, events, travel and sales collateral.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ATOMI...
- Proven ability to deliver, accelerate, and expand a sales pipeline through partnerships marketing activities.
- An intrinsic ability to engage prospects and customers with Atomi's products and vision.
- Exemplary communication with excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Effective collaboration skills with the ability to confidently rally internal and external stakeholders to deliver incredible initiatives.
- Incredible attention to detail with a deep understanding of the end-to-end sales process
- A high level of empathy and understanding for what your fellow sales leads, engineering, design and customer success teams are required to deliver.
- Experience using CRM platforms and marketing automation systems.
- A passion for Education and the endless growth possibilities that are available to our industry.

- Previous experience working in a SaaS or EdTech business.
