**The Role**

In conjunction with the General Manager of Marketing, develop and deliver on the brand's business objectives through the execution of various marketing activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the General Manager Marketing Manager to develop the strategic direction of the brand which is aligned with the customer and merchandise strategy.
- Promote and maintain brand awareness nationally and in all local market.
- Develop strong relationships with VM Manager and Product team, graphics, planning and other areas that influence the marketing area.
- Effective relationships built with external stakeholders.
- Effectively manage the marketing budget ensuring that all marketing activities are completed within budget allocations.

**Key Skills**
- Retail marketing experience.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Personal drive and integrity to take responsibility and deliver results.
