We customize scalable, technology-driven solutions to help our clients work more efficiently, working with our agile Centralized Delivery Solutions team to provide best-in-class solutions.Role DescriptionThe Onsite Consultant will manage daily engagement between candidates and clients.The team will focus on creating a high-performing environment, emphasizing growth, customer satisfaction, and delivery.Managing workforce planning and rostering, monitoring attrition, attendance, and punctuality.Managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management and termination, including handling issues related to IR, payroll, WHS, and injury management.Ensuring employee safety through meetings such as start-of-day briefings, toolbox talks, etc.Providing accurate reports and relevant information to management and stakeholders.Candidate ProfileExperience as a Workforce Coordinator, Onsite Consultant, or similar roles is advantageous.Previous people management experience is highly desirable.Experience in warehouse, distribution, or similar industries is beneficial.Experience managing legislative requirements (IR, ER, WHS) is highly valued.Strong operational knowledge is required.Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.Flexibility and availability to work according to business and client needs.What We OfferWe empower our employees to carve their own career paths.
