Job Title: OnSite Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled OnSite Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing recruitment services to clients, sourcing and attracting top talent, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management:
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs and business goals, and provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices to support client decision-making.
  • Conduct detailed job briefings to capture role requirements, key skills, and cultural fit, and coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates.
  • Negotiate offers, salaries, and start dates on behalf of clients and candidates, ensuring clear communication of role details, timelines, and feedback.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Attraction:
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards and professional networking sites, and write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms.
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future roles, and use CRM systems to track client and candidate interactions.
  • Screening & Selection:
  • Review CVs and applications to assess suitability against role requirements, and conduct telephone, video, and face-to-face interviews using video conferencing tools.
  • Manage candidate expectations, and ensure accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Recruitment Process Management:
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, negotiate offers, and manage candidate expectations, ensuring clear communication of role details, timelines, and feedback.
  • Use analytics tools to evaluate performance and hiring trends, and generate regular reports and insights to track recruitment performance and pipeline health.
Requirements:
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales (agency or in-house), and familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple industries.
  • Familiarity with employment law, diversity & inclusion practices, and GDPR compliance in recruitment, and proficiency with recruitment and productivity tools.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, excellent organisational skills, and a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
