We're recruiting on behalf of a major, ASX-listed property developer with a national footprint and a reputation for creating thriving, livable places.
They're renowned for innovation, financial strength, and a people-first culture—backed by a rewarding work environment and genuine care for your well-being.
About This Role – More Than Just Projects
Imagine steering large-scale masterplanned communities that shape how people live, work, and connect—for decades to come.
This isn't a typical development gig: you'll join a collaborative, supportive team that empowers you to make bold decisions, drive change, and see the tangible results of your leadership across Perth and WA.
As Development Manager, you'll:
Take ownership of diverse projects from acquisition through delivery.

Use your influence and market savvy to steer product strategy, mix, and marketing, ensuring every release is both commercially successful and truly community-minded.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, authorities, and internal partners, driving deadlines and outcomes without losing the human touch.
Guide and mentor junior talents—helping shape not just projects, but careers.
Contribute ideas that improve systems, drive efficiency, and maximise value.
Here, your work will matter—and you'll see the results in the communities you create.
What's In It For You
Hybrid work: Blend office presence at a CBD location with remote work-from-home days for true flexibility.
Lifestyle friendly: Lifestyle benefits, wellness perks, company events, and support for professional growth.
Career growth: Genuine sponsorship for your ongoing development—move up, broaden your portfolio, or specialise.
High-impact work: Direct access to decision makers.
Your ideas will shape multi-million dollar projects and be seen at board level.
