**The Opportunity - About the Role**
We have an opportunity for a Development Manager to join the Masterplaned Communities Development team in Western Australia.
As part of a large team, there is the opportunity for diverse asset class exposure including Residential Land, Town centre development and medium density housing. This is your chance to be part of a high performing multi-disciplinary team, driving strategy and managing key relationships that are crucial to our success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Financial Oversight**:Develop and maintain financial models for both current and prospective projects, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- **Sustainability Leadership**:Implement the Residential Sustainability Policy at the project level, promoting environmental stewardship.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Establish and maintain robust working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- **Project Management**:Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring meticulous execution of all phases.
- **Market Analysis**:Continuously monitor market trends and cultivate strategic relationships.
**To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes**:
- **Collaborative Team Member/ Leader**: Demonstrated experience in multi-disciplinary teams with a collaborative and adaptive approach.
- **Project Management Expertise**:Proficiency in project planning, cost management, and risk assessment.
- **Development Management Proficiency**:Extensive track record in development management, particularly ideally within **residential** **land** or similar sectors.
- **Stakeholder Management Skills**: Exceptional ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
- **Commercial Acumen**: Strong commercial insight with significant experience in forecasting and financial management.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**:Focused on utilising customer insights to inform decision-making processes.
- **Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented**:Driven by results with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- **Educational Qualifications**:Degree qualified in a relevant discipline, providing a solid academic foundation
