Add expected salary to your profile for insightsAll Rubber is a leading supplier of conveyor belting and rubber lining in Western Australia, with over 50 years of experience delivering quality products and services to industries including mining, manufacturing, cement, power generation, food processing, recycling, ports, and more.With offices in Welshpool, Henderson, Bunbury, and Geraldton, and a workforce of more than 100 staff (including 65+ field service technicians), we pride ourselves on building lasting partnerships with clients, and with our people.About the RoleAs we continue to grow and take on exciting new business opportunities, we are seeking a practical, approachable, and proactive HR Manager who can work with our people to drive compliance, support cultural change, and strengthen our workforce capability.Based in Perth and reporting to the Managing Director, you will partner closely with operational managers and frontline employees, providing HR support that is both strategic and hands-on.
From performance management and training to compliance and employee wellbeing, you'll be across every part of the employee lifecycle.Most importantly, you'll be someone who can connect positively with a blue-collar workforce, influencing through respect and trust, while ensuring compliance obligations are understood and achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with managers and employees to provide practical HR advice on performance management, development, IR/ER matters, and day-to-day people queries.Design and implement people strategies that improve culture, capability, and retention.Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes that set new hires up for success.Manage Workers' Compensation claims, injury management, and return-to-work programs.Oversee compliance, workplace wellbeing, and psychosocial safety practices.Support leaders to build capability in performance management, coaching, and career development.Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and HR frameworks that reflect best practice and meet legislative requirements.Deliver HR reporting, analytics, and compliance monitoring.Build strong, trusted relationships with all levels of the workforce, encouraging collaboration and shared ownership of compliance and cultural outcomes.Lead and support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.About YouTo succeed in this role, you'll need more than just HR expertise, you'll need the ability to roll up your sleeves, build rapport with a practical workforce, and guide compliance in a way that feels supportive, not bureaucratic.You will bring:Proven HR generalist experience in a construction, mining, or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt your style to connect effectively with field staff, managers, and executives.A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, able to balance business needs with employee wellbeing.Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Confidence with HR systems and reporting.Flexibility to travel occasionally to regional sites as needed.What We OfferA friendly, down-to-earth team environment where your contribution is valued.Competitive remuneration package.Flexibility in working hours.The opportunity to shape the HR function and make a visible impact on the business.If you're an experienced HR professional who enjoys working with hands-on teams and wants to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
