About the Opportunity
Are you a strategic and forward-thinking HR professional looking to make a lasting impact? We're seeking an exceptional Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team during an exciting phase of growth and transformation. This is more than just a HR role—it's a genuine opportunity to shape culture, drive performance, and play a key leadership role in building the future of our business.
You'll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to align people and culture strategies with the organisation's broader goals. With a small, talented HR team by your side, you'll bring a hands-on, results-oriented approach to everything from workforce planning and employee engagement to leadership development and organisational change.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of HR strategies that support growth, innovation, and high performance
Champion a positive workplace culture that inspires collaboration, respect, and engagement
Drive employee retention initiatives and lead succession planning strategies
Oversee performance management, learning and development, and talent acquisition functions
Act as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team on all HR-related matters
Manage and mentor a small HR team, fostering professional growth and excellence
Lead workforce planning and organisational development initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and support continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
Support change management initiatives as the business expands its operations and capabilities
Analyse workforce metrics and use data-driven insights to support decision-making

Key Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
Minimum 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a company experiencing growth or change
Proven experience developing and executing people strategies aligned with business goals
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices
Demonstrated experience in culture development, employee engagement, and retention strategies
Confident in coaching leaders and managing complex employee matters
Experience leading or mentoring a small HR team
High-level interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities with a data-driven approach
