You will lead a highly skilled team to deliver specialist community mental health services across our region. You will lead and develop a culture in the team that encourages and recognises high performance, builds leadership capabilities and supports staff to maximise their potential, health and wellbeing. Darling Downs Health's region is a large geographic area covering approximately 90,000 square kilometres. We are one of the largest employers in the region, with a diverse team of more than 6,000 staff.
