Lead Mental Health Services Manager

Our team provides non-judgmental, individualised support to those in need, ensuring we are delivering on our vision, mission and values. This role will lead and develop the clinical and administrative operations of headspace Toowoomba.
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the delivery of high-quality youth centred supports for early intervention in mental health services.
- Develop and implement operational systems to maximise efficiency and meet funding deliverables.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree level qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or other related health discipline.
- Proven experience in managing complex planning and service development environments.
- Experience in direct service provision to young people and providing youth friendly, family focused mental health services or programs.
