Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to community champions who embody empathy, insight, and integrity
  • Champion the voices of those with lived experience of mental health challenges, ensuring their perspectives are at the forefront of our decision-making processes
  • Contribute to systems change that prioritises humanity, dignity, and hope
Requirements
  • Diverse thinkers and community leaders who bring a deep understanding of governance, risk management, health, social services, mental health, peer advocacy, finance, law, HR, strategy, fundraising, and community engagement
  • Strong skills in areas such as leadership, communication, and collaboration
Commitment
  • Attend bi-monthly board meetings, participating actively in discussions and decision-making processes
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including community members and partner organisations
  • Support our efforts to build a more inclusive and compassionate society through fundraising and community-building initiatives
