JCA Land Consultants is a Land Consulting Practice of passionate professionals who are driven to provide our diverse clientele with tailored solutions in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying and Town Planning.

JCA Land Consultants is looking to employ 3 graduates from those finishing their Civil Engineering Degree in late 2021. 3rd & 4th Year Students required to complete industry based experience next year as part of their course will also be considered.

**Our Graduate Program includes**:
A great opportunity to join our established Civil Engineering team. The position will offer design and documentation works on a variety of projects typically related to:

- Residential and Industrial subdivisions,
- VicRoads main roads intersection treatments,
- Residential townhouse developments,
- Industrial and Commercial developments,
- Local Government Infrastructure.

The position will provide the successful applicant the opportunity to work on all components of the project (primarily Road & Drainage works, Sewer reticulation, Water supply, Stormwater Detention & treatment provisions, Main Drainage, etc.) with the responsibility of seeing projects through from inception to completion.

**About you**:
To succeed in this position you will have a degree (or study) in Civil Engineering with an interest in the design of Civil Projects with the following:

- Experience or a willingness to learn 12D and AutoCAD design software
- Experience or Exposure to the standards adopted by the various Councils, Retail Water Authorities, Melbourne Water and VicRoads,
- Understanding of and ability to work within a Quality Assured office
- Ability to work within a team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work without supervision and to manage time and work proficiently.
