Our Civil Engineering Graduate Program for 2026 is now open, and we are seeking highly motivated Graduate Engineers to start their careers in a friendly and supportive team environment based in our Malvern office.
This two-year program provides training in design, infrastructure, water resources engineering, and construction, with opportunities to participate in major projects across these disciplines.
Graduates will also gain exposure to other areas such as surveying, town planning, environmental consulting, and landscape architecture.
As a Graduate Engineer, you will:

Participate in assigned projects, applying appropriate technical skills.
Receive support and mentorship to develop into a well-rounded Civil Engineer, with opportunities to collaborate with our Town Planning, Landscape Architecture, and Surveying teams.
Ensure project documentation complies with client briefs and statutory regulations, meeting all QA standards.
Contribute to the development and design of roads, drainage, sewer, water, wetlands, construction, and land development projects.
Assist with site surveillance activities.
Liaise with external consultants, including electrical, communication, and structural engineers.

Required skills and experience:

Recent graduates or those graduating this year with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Proficiency in relevant computer software, including MS Office, CAD (12 D, Auto CAD, or Microstation).
Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Understanding of planning and environmental legislation.
Attention to detail and practical knowledge of engineering techniques.
Commitment to a career as a consulting engineer in land development.
