**Overview**:
As a Showroom Sales Associate, your role is crucial in providing exceptional service to our clients. You will focus on converting showroom sales and building a strong sales pipeline to consistently exceed monthly sales targets. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential customers, building lasting customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our showroom.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Showroom Operations**:

- Open and close the showroom in accordance with established schedules, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Maintain a tidy and organised showroom, ensuring all products and materials are updated and available.
- Collaborate with the sales, retail design, and logistics teams to ensure efficient operations and a cohesive customer experience.

**Sales Excellence**:

- Utilize strong sales acumen to effectively engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and effective customer relationship management.
- Continuously build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through networking, follow-up, and proactive outreach efforts.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized service, expert product knowledge, and attentive follow-up.
- Anticipate and address customer concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our company values and ethos in all customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse customer groups.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a tidy and well-presented showroom environment.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Passion for residential and commercial design, building strong relationships and creating and exceptional customer experience.
