AUSTLIFT Pty Ltd is currently seeking an administration and customer service officer for our busy workshop in Wetherill Park.

AUSTLIFT Pty Ltd is a major supplier of Truck lifting and Dock equipment, as well as a leading provider of a comprehensive range of inspection, testing, repair and programmed maintenance services. We provide superior lifting equipment sales and servicing to a range of sectors.

Our Wetherill Park based company is seeking to employ a part time administration assistant. We are a well-established growing company who offer a friendly work environment and competitive remuneration for the right people with packages to suit your requirements.

The purpose of this role is administrative duties in our workshop office as well as Customer Service and scheduling. This can include but not limited to answering phones, data input, invoicing, purchase order management and other administrative duties.

Overall the applicants should have the following.
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills - written & oral
- Good interpersonal skills for handling clients and internal staff
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office skills essential
- Minimum education level attained - High School certificate
- Experience in OHS policies and development
- High attention to detail
- Team player
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills

Experience in a workshop environment is highly regarded.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible hours

- Performance bonus
