The Opportunity
We are seeking an experiencedContract Managerto join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale biofuels and bioenergy projects.
In this role, you will manage all contractual and commercial aspects of our projects – from procurement through to execution and delivery.
You'll work closely with project teams, suppliers, EPC contractors, and technology partners to ensure agreements are structured, negotiated, and administered effectively to support successful, safe, and sustainable outcomes.

What You'll Do
Lead contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and administration across EPC, O&M, licensing, and supply agreements.
Manage contract obligations, risks, claims, and variations to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
Support procurement and supplier engagement, ensuring partnerships align with Licella's sustainability and innovation goals.
Provide trusted commercial advice and governance to project leaders.
Build respectful, collaborative relationships with contractors, suppliers, and joint venture partners.
Contribute to safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.
What You'll Bring
Degree in Law, Engineering, Business, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
8+ years' experience in contract management, commercial management, or project delivery in energy, renewables, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of EPC and O&M contracting models.
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Commercial acumen with a focus on safety, trust, and integrity.
Experience in biofuels, bioenergy, or renewables will be highly regarded.
