From planning soirées for the latest launch from French candlemaker Trudon to strategically shaping the unveiling of a new luxury brand to the Australian market, you'll be at the centre of creating the country's most exclusive moments.This is the ideal agency for someone with a passion for the world of luxury, with strong editorial instincts and a knack for knowing what makes headlines.
With a high-trust, high-energy environment, Élysée Collective offers a unique opportunity to lead a team and grow professionally without the corporate red tape of larger agencies.About the RoleAs PR Senior Account Director, you'll lead high-profile accounts, drive strategic direction, and oversee client relationships with confidence and expertise.
Some of your clients may include Aman Resorts, Six Senses, Perrier-Jouët, and Trudon Candles, among others.Some of your key duties will involve:Lead client accounts, ensuring strategy, execution, and results align with business objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with media, clients, and key stakeholders.Oversee and guide teams, providing mentorship and leadership to drive performance.Develop and implement creative, insight-led PR strategies.Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for existing and new clients.Ensure high standards of media relations, content creation, and campaign execution.Manage budgets, reporting, and overall account profitability.About YouA current Senior Account Director or an experienced Account Director ready to step up, with a background in Australian PR agencies.Proven expertise in luxury, travel, beauty, hospitality, and/or lifestyle sectors, with established media relationships in these spaces.Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of growing and mentoring teams.A deep understanding of media landscapes, trends, and industry insights.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with efficiency and attention to detail.This role offers the chance to work with some of the world's most coveted luxury brands - if you thrive in a fast-paced, high-calibre environment, we'd love to hear from you
