Working in this integral role at Australia\'s largest and longest-running entertainment marketing and advertising agency, you\'ll have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of Australia's best live entertainment brands.

This is a full-time position at our Sydney CBD office.

About the role

Reporting to the Managing Partner and General Manager, we are looking for an experienced, creative and collaborative Senior Account Director. This role will provide outstanding client management services to our clients by providing campaign strategy and planning and campaign execution and reporting, to ensure ticket sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client interface – establishing strong client relationships and ensuring marketing campaign plans are achieving ticket sales objectives.
  • Marketing campaign delivery – fulfillment of full-service marketing deliverables including but not limited to full strategy development, budget management, extensive campaign planning, creative briefing and digital integration.
  • Budgets – Responsible and accountable for managing client budgets and ensuring budgets are adhered to and are well maintained.
  • Creative brand – overseeing the use of event/project brands across all marketing executions and taking on a "brand custodian" role to ensure brand guidelines are clearly communicated and adhered to.
  • Internal relationships – as conduit of all elements of the marketing plan, you will ensure campaign timing, content and brand are well integrated by working closely with the creative, media, digital, ticketing, tourism and promotions team and social media teams.
  • External relationships – maintain strong relationships with all third-party suppliers, ticket agents and theatre/venue representatives to ensure all campaign requirements are delivered.

About You

  • Highly skilled Senior Account Director in a fast-paced agency.
  • Client focussed, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver all key tasks within budgets and tight timeframes in accordance with projects and deliverables.
  • Pro-active and results orientated, with outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in the entertainment industry is desirable.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience as a Senior Account Manager in a fast-paced entertainment agency, producer or associated organisation, and proven track record of successful client management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to deliver full-service campaigns.
  • Ability to multi-task and a high attention to detail.
  • Financial acumen essential for managing client budgets.
  • Understanding of the Media/Advertising landscape highly desirable.
  • Accepting of limited timelines and highly flexible.
