Hillview Golf Course & Tavern, nestled in the foothills and only a 20 minute drive from the Perth CBD, can boastfully offer 27 holes, specifically three nine hole courses and provides a friendly, open and inclusive environment for all golfers. We aim to promote a healthy lifestyle providing clinics, lessons, and advice for golfers of all skill levels.

**Casual Hospitality Approved Manager**
- A well rounded hospitality professional with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry is required for immediate start.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Ensuring that requirements and responsibilities in accordance to the Liquor Licensing Act are being met
- Front of house customer service in both our Tavern & Pro-Shop facilities.
- Managing staff and delegating tasks across various areas of the business

Key skills to be successful in this role include:

- Must hold a current Unrestricted Approved Manager card
- Be passionate about food and drinks and lead from the from the front, providing a hands on approach to customer service
- Lead by example, and train and mentor our staff
- Weekend availability essential
- Successfully completed Food Safety Supervision Skill Set Certificate (SITSS00069 )
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work within a team environment
- Hard working in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and reliable
- Willing to learn new skills
- An interest in Golf is preferred but not essential.

**Salary**: From $31.09 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
