About the Role:
Approved managers are the superstars who keep us running. Your main responsibilities will be managing shifts and ensuring our guests have an exceptional and memorable experience. From working behind the bar making cocktails or barista coffee, to guiding our guests through fun activities, this role is packed with variety and excitement.

Regular casual roster with permanent part-time opportunity
This opportunity offers 15 to 20 hours guaranteed per week with the option of transitioning to a permanent part-time role after the probation period. Hours are flexible for the right candidate and rosters can be tailored to suit personal and social commitments. Our people are what make us unique – and we understand the importance of work-life balance

Available shifts:
The 15 to 20 guaranteed hours will be filled during the following shifts:
Tuesday: 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Friday: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm and 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Sunday:10:00 am - 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Our trading hours increase significantly during school holidays and more hours are available during that time

About You:

Ready to take responsibility and lead by example,

Supervisor or management experience (highly regarded),

Experience working behind a bar (highly regarded but not required),

Barista experience (highly regarded but not required),

Hygiene and food safety knowledge (highly regarded but not required),

Looking for a stable ongoing position,

Friendly and have great communication,

Reliable andpunctual,

Customer oriented with developed customer service skills,

Able to work under pressure with a smile,

Willing to learn and take on board feedback,

Team player.

Requirements:

Approved Manager's ticket or willing to obtain one,

Able to follow policies and procedures,

Current driver's license and regular access to a vehicle (public transport to the venue can be unreliable).
