We're looking for a Marketing Manager to own end-to-end marketing initiatives. You'll set up entire marketing systems, manage every detail, and see your strategies come to life. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll shape and deliver impactful campaigns across diverse industries and consumer touchpoints.
This role suits someone passionate about consumer behavior and creating sharp, effective marketing in a fast-paced environment. You'll use modern, agile approaches and tools like AI and Canva to enhance campaign development and delivery. If you're a strong communicator who can juggle multiple projects, this could be your next big step.
**Day to day you will**:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Translate marketing strategy and insights into compelling messaging with strong calls to action, adaptable across various platforms.
- Manage campaign asset development across paid, earned, and owned channels, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
- Collaborate with external media partners to develop and execute effective media plans.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide regular, insightful reports to the Executive team.
- Manage timelines, approvals, and budgets across multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
- Leverage innovative marketing tools and platforms to enhance workflow efficiency and creative output.
**Qualifications** What You'll Bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Media or a related field.
- Proven experience in delivering end to end marketing or integrated campaigns, building and managing comprehensive initiatives.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and what drives action.
- Extensive hands-on campaign execution across traditional and digital channels.
- Experience with social content, performance marketing, and tools like Canva and google analytics are highly desirable.
- Exceptional project, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- With a hands-on approach and deep interest in all facets of marketing.
- Personable, can-do attitude and fit within a team who are passionate about a business with ambitious goals.
