About Housing All Australians
Housing All Australians (HAA) is a growing, purpose-driven organisation where you can roll up your sleeves, see the direct impact of your contributions, and leverage your professional network to drive meaningful change in housing outcomes. If you're an executive seeking your first governance experience, or a seasoned leader wanting to apply your skills to a national cause, this is an opportunity to join a diverse team of thinkers and doers who are shaping real solutions.
Reframing housing as essential economic infrastructure, HAA is mobilising private-sector expertise, capital and networks to deliver practical outcomes and lasting reform. We bring together professionals from banking, law, finance, property, philanthropy and beyond—people who see housing as a legacy issue and want to be part of system-level change.
Whilst just getting started, so far HAA has:
Enabled semi-permanent housing for 200+ vulnerable Australians (170+ in progress)
Mobilised $7.5m in pro bono contributions
Published Give Me Shelter economic reports (widely cited by business and policymakers)
Pioneered the Progressive Residential Affordability Development Solution (PRADS) — a credible national framework for affordable-housing covenants, with the national Register now in development
Leveraged its network to co-fund the award-winning documentary Under Cover (now streaming globally)
The Call to Action
Think Talent is supporting HAA in the recruitment of multiple national voluntary Board Subcommittee Member roles. These critical appointments will shape the future of affordable housing in Australia, contribute to a credible national framework (PRADS), and deliver measurable outcomes that de-risk affordable supply.
We are working with HAA to fill multiple National Board Subcommittee Member roles across the following subcommittees:
PRADS (Progressive Residential Affordability Development Solution) Register Banking Subcommittee
Finance & Risk Subcommittee
Fundraising (Philanthropy, Grants & Partnerships) Subcommittee
HAA also requires a Board Subcommittee Chair to lead the:
Fundraising (Philanthropy, Grants & Partnerships) Subcommittee

Executives who:
Are curious about a first-time governance experience at national scale
Value diversity of perspective and inclusive decision-making
Can balance strategic thinking with practical contribution between meetings
Want to collaborate with peers across business, community and government
These are voluntary positions. If successful, your commitment will include:
