**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to lead our paid advertising strategy. You will be the driving force behind our digital ad campaigns, defining the strategy, and collaborating with our Melbourne-based Marketing Manager and Designer to execute your vision. This is a leadership role with a significant impact on our growth within the competitive cryptocurrency market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute a comprehensive digital advertising strategy**focused on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), with potential expansion to Reddit and X (Twitter).
- **Lead all aspects of Meta Ads campaigns**: planning, launch, management, optimisation, and reporting.
- **Drive measurable results**:achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
- **Utilise advanced analytics**:leverage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and other tools for data-driven optimisation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- **Collaborate on ad creative**:work with the Marketing Manager and Designer to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos.
- **Provide regular performance reports**with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- **Stay at the forefront of digital advertising trends,**particularly within the fintech/cryptocurrency space.

- **Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of proven experience leading successful digital advertising campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads.**:

- **Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager**:campaign setup, targeting, optimisation, and reporting.
- **Experience with Reddit and X (Twitter) Ads is highly desirable.**:

- **Strong analytical skills**:experience with Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and data interpretation.
- **Knowledge/experience in fintech, finance, or cryptocurrency is a significant advantage.**:

- **Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven advertising strategies.**:

- **Excellent communication, collaboration, and remote work skills.**
