BluFire is one of Australia's fastest-growing digital agencies. After winning Australia's Best PPC Campaign (2025), we're doubling down on talent. We're looking for a Paid Ads Specialist ready to lead, optimise, and grow a performance-driven portfolio of clients.

This isn't just campaign management. It's ownership of paid strategy, analysis, and team guidance across Google, Meta, and beyond.

The Role

You'll own strategy and performance across a portfolio of high-performing paid accounts, focused primarily on Google, with also a few accounts on Meta. You'll identify what's working, what's not, and what needs to be rebuilt. You'll be hands-on in campaign execution, reporting, and improvement and have the option to help guide and delegate to junior specialists within the team.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to stay deep in the platforms while still playing a pivotal role in the strategic direction and results of client accounts.

You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Planning, building, and managing high-performance campaigns (Google & Meta)
  • Auditing accounts and funnels to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities
  • Analysing data using GA4 and platform insights to drive decision-making
  • Making CRO recommendations to improve conversion outcomes
  • Collaborating with clients to report on performance and outline next steps
  • Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and campaign innovation
  • Optionally delegating and guiding junior paid media team members
You Bring:
  • 2+ years experience in an agency paid media role - preferably paid Google Ads speciality.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Google Ads
  • Strong proficiency in GA4 and platform-level reporting
  • A CRO mindset - you spot bottlenecks in funnels and know how to fix them
  • Clear, confident communication - both client-facing and internally
  • Performance-driven mentality - you care about outcomes, not busywork
