
Veterinary Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview
This exciting role involves partnering with veterinary hospitals to source, attract, and place top-tier specialists, registrars, residents, and interns.
As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide expert recruitment support, strategic talent sourcing, and exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Sourcing – Collaborate with the talent engagement manager and hospitals to identify and place candidates quickly and effectively for both immediate and future needs.
Full Recruitment Lifecycle – Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialists, registrars, residents, and interns, optimizing our ATS platform.
Headhunting & Outreach – Utilize LinkedIn projects, networking, and direct outreach to attract top veterinary talent.
Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with hospital leaders and industry professionals to support hiring and retention.
Industry Engagement – Assist with global recruitment campaigns, conferences, and events to strengthen our talent pipeline.
Process Improvement – Help enhance recruitment systems and workflows in a growing business.
