We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition professional to join our Specialty & Emergency Recruitment Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle - Manage end-to-end recruitment for Specialists, Registrars, Residents, and Interns, optimising our ATS platform.
- Headhunting & Outreach - Utilise LinkedIn Projects, networking, and direct outreach to attract top veterinary talent.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong relationships with hospital leaders and industry professionals to support hiring and retention.
- Industry Engagement - Assist with global recruitment campaigns, conferences, and events to strengthen our talent pipeline.
- Process Improvement - Help enhance recruitment systems and workflows in a growing business.

**Skills, Attributes, and Experience**:

- 3+ years in recruitment; industry experience is a plus but not essential.
