This role features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in our Malvern East office in Victoria to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement.VetPartners Australia Pty Ltd are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition professional to join our Specialty & Emergency Recruitment Team on a full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier Specialists, Registrars, Residents, and Interns for our Specialty & Emergency hospitals.
You will work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, providing expert recruitment support, strategic talent sourcing, and outstanding candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Talent Sourcing – Partner with the Talent Engagement & Development Manager and hospitals to source and place candidates quickly and effectively for both immediate and future needs.Full Recruitment Lifecycle – Manage end-to-end recruitment for Specialists, Registrars, Residents, and Interns, optimising our ATS platform.Headhunting & Outreach – Utilise LinkedIn Projects, networking, and direct outreach to attract top veterinary talent.Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with hospital leaders and industry professionals to support hiring and retention.Industry Engagement – Assist with global recruitment campaigns, conferences, and events to strengthen our talent pipeline.Process Improvement – Help enhance recruitment systems and workflows in a growing business.Skills, Attributes, And ExperienceThrives in a Fast-Paced Environment – You excel in deadline-driven, customer-focused settings.Customer-Focused – You go above and beyond to support and engage stakeholders.Organised & Strategic – A natural planner, managing candidate availability proactively.Confident Communicator – Strong verbal & written skills, comfortable building relationships and influencing decisions.Adaptable & Agile – Quick to adjust, multitask, and maintain accuracy under pressure.Resilient & Solution-Focused – Handles challenges head-on with persistence.Caring & Empathetic – Supports well-being and positive team culture.Experienced & Eager to Learn – Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Higher, plus at least 2 years of employment experience OR 5 years of employment experience required.Why VetPartners?
