Manager, Workday PATTS Consulting Services

is a practice leadership role that provides expert guidance, advice, and development support to the Consulting management team and engagement teams. This individual assists the sales team with activities such as oral presentations, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOWs). The role works closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Managing Consultants, and leads, serving as a liaison between the Consulting team and executive management. The Manager identifies business needs, staffs projects, and monitors and adjusts work/life balance for consultants as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Oversight responsibility for projects across the practice; assist Engagement Managers and team members to identify project needs, reduce risk, and develop solutions and strategies.
Sales Support: Support the RFP response and pursuit process for Consulting work.
Team Leadership: Assist in recruitment, development, and management of a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications; promote a team-oriented, challenging and innovative work environment; lead and manage Senior Managers and/or Managing Consultants to ensure adherence to activities, processes, and procedures.
Methodology: Drive teams to achieve high customer satisfaction; establish credibility with clients and internal stakeholders; foster business development opportunities.
People Development: Mentor and coach; analyze team skills and provide cross-training to maintain staffing; advise management on team members' expertise and availability.
Education And Experience Required
Possess 3-5 years of Workday (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Proven experience leading a virtual team.
Fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; ability to work across teams to achieve goals.
Sales engagement experience in estimating and presenting to prospects.
