Job Title: Workday Senior Certified Time And Absence Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and test Workday solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Foster the growth of other consultants by sharing expertise and knowledge.
  • Support proposal preparations, deliver presentations to clients, and participate in conferences.
  • Provide expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite with deep understanding and experience in Absence & Time Tracking.
  • Lead teams or coach others to gather and document client business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, and demonstrate configurations through prototype systems.
  • Assist in testing Workday solutions, convert legacy data into Workday, and configure integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively to address complex tasks/requirements.
  • Facilitate clients' adoption of Workday best practices and maintain ongoing satisfaction.
  • Provide regular status reports to project managers and innovate approaches to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Workday certifications and ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation.

Requirements:

  • Current WD Time Tracking Certification.
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
  • Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Functional experience in Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking.
  • Ability to manage against timelines and goals, excellent communication skills, and business analysis abilities.
