The primary function of a Loan Set Technician involves receiving, processing and dispatching loan sets/kit returns. This role also includes quality inspection of returned material/equipment and ensuring accurate ownership transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, check and receive all stock, including loan sets, to ensure smooth inventory management.">
  • Process loan set/kit returns and guarantee their condition for re-issue, adhering to strict quality control measures.">
  • Conduct thorough inspections of returned materials/equipment to maintain the highest standards of product integrity.">
  • Verify and confirm the status of returned materials/equipment in our inventory system.">
  • Support stock rotation initiatives by identifying and removing expired items, optimizing inventory levels.">
  • Monitor products by batch/lot number and serial number, maintaining meticulous records.">
  • Identify discrepancies in bookings and implement corrective actions promptly.">
  • Manage domestic & international shipping duties efficiently.">
  • Track loan sets and facilitate swift turnaround of loan kits to meet customer expectations.">
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to address inquiries.">
  • Maintain an organized warehouse environment, adhering to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO13485 standards.">
