Job Description

This role involves the receipt, processing, and dispatch of loan sets in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Picking, packing, and checking stock
  • Receiving, processing, and dispatching loan set returns
  • Quality inspection of returned material/equipment
  • Assisting with stock rotation and supervising products by batch/lot number and serial number
  • Identifying discrepancies in bookings and ensuring Corrective Action Preventive Action takes place
  • Performing domestic and international shipping duties
  • Tracking loan sets to facilitate quick turnaround
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate in warehousing and distribution
  • Proven experience in logistics or distribution
  • Experience in loan set operations
  • Experience working with contaminated materials
  • Exposure to the medical device industry
  • Understanding of Hospital CSSD process
  • Knowledge in SAP/RFID processes
