About the Role
The role involves supervising five Griffith University Social Work students during their placements at school-based Community Hubs. Key duties include organizing and facilitating group supervision sessions in collaboration with QUT university field supervisors, ensuring consistent communication regarding the placements. Additionally, the role involves providing students with relevant training opportunities, coordinating ongoing, mid-placement, and end-of-placement meetings, and conducting evaluations, making recommendations to Griffith University regarding the students' performance.

Essential Criteria
- Diploma/Degree in Social Work or related discipline.
- Qualified Social Worker with at least 2 years full-time equivalent post-graduation experience, and at least one hour of this being formal supervision
- Person has been involved with the School based Community Hubs, understand their model and the connection and relationship with the School where they are located is DESIRABLE
