Qualifications & experience
A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced restaurant preferred
Experience working in working in a fast paced bar environment
RSA

Bring a positive, fun and energetic vibe every day
Be the driving force behind our best-in-class beverage offer
Lead the team on shift to deliver an outstanding level of customer service and vibe
Make guests feel welcome and relaxed amongst the cut and thrust of a bustling restaurant in a fast paced precinct
Be an advocate for Smithburg and everything we stand for
Ordering, stocktaking, rostering
Opening, closing, EOD/EOW duties

The market is a busy place and we need hospitality aces to make sure our customers are looked after, orders are pumping out of the kitchen and the drinks are flowing from the bar.
