Lead Bar Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing bar team to deliver exceptional service and cocktail craftsmanship.
  • Develop and implement innovative beverage programs that reflect industry trends and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage costs, including beverage COGS, expenses, and inventory, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Venue Manager to enhance guest experiences, drive revenue, and optimize costs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a senior bar management role within a high-volume bar or hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to elevate the guest experience, with a deep understanding of delivering luxury service that exceeds expectations.
  • Expertise in curating and managing premium cocktail, wine, and spirits menus, with a strong grasp of industry trends and emerging beverage innovations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to streamline bar operations for maximum efficiency during peak service periods.
