About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and take charge of our premium Rooftop Bar. As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing team, driving revenue growth, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive sales growth
  • Lead and motivate a talented team of bartenders to deliver exceptional service and craft innovative cocktails
  • Collaborate with the Venue Manager to optimize bar operations, streamline processes, and reduce costs
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging beverage innovations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of senior bar management experience in a high-volume bar or hospitality environment
  • Proven track record of delivering luxury service, exceeding guest expectations, and driving revenue growth
  • Demonstrated ability to manage beverage COGS, drive profitability, and maintain brand integrity
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
