**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Championing quality and integrity: Help CA ANZ members deliver exceptional service, reduce risk, and uphold the highest professional standards.
- Turning insights into action: Analyse monitoring outcomes and share key findings with members and stakeholders through compelling reports, presentations, and conversations.
- Driving strategic change: Provide expert advice and continuously evolve our monitoring and risk management strategies to stay ahead of emerging challenges.
- Engaging with industry leaders: Collaborate with the Big 4, insurers, regulators, government, and consultants on critical issues like liability capping and claims data.
- Shaping policy: Develop and manage policies and procedures that support our Professional Standards Scheme and ensure its effectiveness.
- Innovating with technology: Leverage digital tools to enhance the reach and impact of our monitoring programs.
- Staying globally informed: Monitor regulatory developments in Australia and abroad to identify trends and opportunities relevant to our work.
- Owning the numbers: Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
- Leading with purpose: Inspire and develop a small, dedicated team of professionals committed to making a difference.

ABOUT YOU
**What you will bring**:

- 10+ years' experience, including 5+ in leadership roles across risk, compliance, or audit
- CA or equivalent qualification and deep understanding of public practice
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A strategic mindset with a knack for problem-solving and innovation
- Passion for mentoring and empowering teams
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating change
