The OpportunityAs Executive Director, you'll operate as a Chief Operating Officer—driving strategic reform, leading cultural transformation, and ensuring regulatory excellence. You'll work closely with boards, Ministers, and industry leaders to advance professional regulation and protect consumers of professional services.
Key Focus Areas- Strategic Leadership: Set direction and deliver on legislative and regulatory mandates.
- Governance & Boards: Report to and advise boards and Ministers across jurisdictions.
- Cultural Uplift: Lead transformation and build a high-performing, values-driven team.
- Legal & Regulatory Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of professional standards legislation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Influence policy and build partnerships across government and industry.
You are a seasoned executive with a strong track record in governance, cultural reform, and leadership.
