- Achieving/exceeding sales & contribution targets.
- Managing, coaching, and mentoring sales team.
- Driving sales growth & margin improvement.
- Maintaining existing customer relationships & developing new business.
- Targeting state asset owners & construction companies.
- Monitoring competitors & expanding market coverage.
- Representing the company at industry events.
- Managing team performance (hiring, training, performance management).
- Regular reporting (forecasts, end-of-month reports, CRM updates).
- Building strong customer relationships, addressing complaints, and escalating issues as needed.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
- Collaborating with marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and distribution channels.
- Negotiating and managing contracts with key distributors and partners.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all sales activities.

**Qualifications**
- 5 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Develop and use broad strategy skills & perspective.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to conceptualize, develop and implement complex proposals and programs. - High level customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Effective problem solving with decisions reflecting sound judgement and ingenuity.
- Good presentation, oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and independence and ability to operate with minimum supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business environments
