As HR Partner you will work in partnership with the company's leaders and key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies, solutions and initiatives to improve HR metrics and employee engagement.

They stand beside their clients during times of personal change, using experience and understanding to be the support they need. Services include in home care assistance, residential aged care and retirement living along with disability care and assistance.

**The Role**

As HR Partner you will work in partnership with the company's leaders and key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies, solutions and initiatives to improve HR metrics and employee engagement.

Site visits will be required 2-3 days per week, with car or allowance provided. South portfolio including Kwinana, Mandurah and Rockingham areas.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Analyse, identify and anticipate opportunities and trends across all key HR metrics and partner with leaders to create and deliver actions and initiatives resulting in measurable improvements.
- In partnership with People Services team members, implement improvement plans and initiatives to continually improve employee engagement and embed the company's Culture Strategy.
- Assist and advise leaders in the management and resolution of employee relations issues including staff performance, grievance resolution and disciplinary matters.
- Liaise with staff, unions, employer bodies, the Fair Work Commission and others as required, in relation to employee relations matters and employee claims.
- Provide advice and interpretation of Enterprise Agreements for leaders and staff as required.
- Participate in Enterprise Bargaining with unions and key stakeholders as part of the Negotiating Committee.
- Contribute to the efficient and effective utilisation of human resources by assisting with the development and compliance of human resource policies and procedures as required.
- Prepare relevant People Services reports and memos to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
- Participate in People Services project work and act as Subject Matter Experts as delegated.
- Develop and facilitate relevant workshops and training for staff and leaders relating to People Services matters.
- Identify areas for improvement using a continuous quality improvement approach, acting as a change agent to improve processes and HR frameworks at all times.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated Employee Relations and/or Human Resources experience in a similar role.
- Effectively interpret and apply, the principles of industrial instruments and employment contracts.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solution-focused and detail-oriented with excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to conduct research on human resources and employee relations matters and prepare reports.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Experience in the development and delivery of training and presentations to all levels.
- Current WA 'C' Class Driver's Licence.
- Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months.
