- We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate,engaged and service driven team with an excellent work ethic who enjoy:
- Handling incoming calls for results, House call bookings, specimen pick-ups and data entry enquiries
- Sending results via mail, fax, downloads
- Monitoring of Urgent Results
- Data Entry of Requests
- Recollection Queries and follow up
- Processing Added Tests
- General administration duties
- And Switchboard Relief

**About you**
- To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
- Sound typing / data entry skills
- A Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- A willingness to adhere to departmental and organisational policies and procedures
- Prepared to be a cohesive and contributing member of the team and display positive attitudes towards achieving outcomes
- Strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong customer focus
