Base pay range
A$75,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr
What You'll Be Doing
Guide customers through their subscription journey, ensuring it's smooth, simple, and exciting
Lead, mentor, and inspire the Concierge team to deliver outstanding service
Drive subscription growth by meeting and exceeding monthly targets
Oversee subscription documentation and CRM accuracy
Coordinate servicing, detailing, and logistics to keep the fleet in top condition
Encourage customer reviews and referrals to boost brand reputation
Collaborate with national teams to keep everything running seamlessly
What You'll Bring
Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Leadership experience or natural ability to motivate and support a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using CRM systems and basic tech tools
A valid Australian Driver's Licence
