Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Experience Leader to oversee and provide excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Monitoring responses via web form and social media to ensure compliance
- Bringing new ideas to the table for growth of the customer experience
- Ensuring accurate records and customer data are maintained and updated regularly
- Compiling reports
- Resolving customer issues
- Maintaining an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Providing regular updates to management discussing improvement strategies
- Training on brand and products during onboarding

Requirements:

- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving attitude
- A 'can-do' attitude
