**More about what you'll do**

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our COS Community

In this role you will be responsible for leading our onshore and offshore Accounts Receivable team and oversee the day to day activities of the accounts receivable portfolio. You will also be responsible for analysing and monitoring our systems and processes to ensure we continue to achieve a high degree of automation whilst also delivering the best customer experience to our internal and external customers.

In addition, you will be responsible for the following:

- Manage our EOM and EOFY procedures
- Ensure timely collection of due and overdue accounts
- Proactively monitor and reduce debtor aging including DSO
- Participate and resolve customer queries, disputes and complaints
- Credit risk assessment including credit limits and payment terms

The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:

- Previous experience in accounts receivable, credit, and collections
- Demonstrated experience in leading, managing and mentoring an A/R team in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of general accounting and accounting aspects of Accounts Receivables and the legal process
- Knowledge and understanding of credit agency reporting is required
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results driven with high level of commercial awareness and emotional maturity
- Highly analytical with capability to think outside of the box
- Willingness to go an extra mile to ensure that expectations are met and achieved
