**Our Relationship Model of Care are focused on each individual resident's needs and choices, via our staff becoming an extended part of the resident's family, by building strong professional and meaningful relationships, with the aim of ensuring every resident has their best day possible.**
The Clinical Care Manager (Grade 6) is such an important role, you will lead the support services as the senior clinician and possess strong clinical and business acumen, demonstrate initiative for innovative solution focused outcomes. Working positively and proactively, you and your team will be overseeing resident admissions, assessment and documentation whilst delivering a quality, person-centred service. It is really important that you are professional, have a passion for aged care and possess a warm demeanor that relates well to older people and their families.
**Key Requirements**
- Registered Nurse, Division 1
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical leadership role
- Working knowledge of ACFI and aged care Accreditation Standards
- Assessing new admissions
- Resolving incidents
- Reliability and passion for aged care
- Proven Microsoft Office skills, clear spoken and written English communication skills and excellent customer service
**Royal Freemasons Springtime**
Royal Freemasons Springtime a 50 bed split into 2 units residential Nursing home in the north western suburb, boasting a strong crew of multicultural and multi-skilled staff.
Springtime is a delegated unit for complex and mild to moderate residents living with dementia. Residents in this unit often have complex care needs that require high nursing needs or at times palliative care needs. We have a specialised behavior management unit and support staff in this unit are well equipped with knowledge and experience to handle challenging circumstances that are often turned away by other facilities. Support Services extend to liaising with Alzheimer specialist with referrals to specific Behaviour Management units, BASIC Teams, and Geriatricians. Family members are sometimes surprised with the change in their loved one to what their previous behaviour may have been.

**NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Australian Federal Police Check)**
Royal Freemasons is a NDIS approved provider. As part of the NDIS scheme, employees, contractors, labour hire and volunteers must have a completed NDIS check. This is part of compliance and needs to be completed prior to commencement as well as an **International Police Check** for those that have lived overseas for 12 months or more within the last 10 years.
**Mandatory Vaccines **All aged care workers must be vaccinated against Covid-19 and encouraged to receive the Flu-Vaccine, all successful applicants will be required to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination prior to commencement.
