About the Role
As a Clinical manager you will be working collaboratively within the leadership team within this medium aged care service within a beautiful regional location within a 25 minute commute from Harden, NSW.
You will thrive leading your team, providing them with the motivation & continuous development required to be able to perform their duties, whilst ensuring every resident\'s clinical care needs are met & maintained in line with care planning & industry standards.
Being a hands on leader, you will be comfortable & willing to provide hands on clinical support when required.
Being an excellent communicator, you will establish & build effective relationships ensuring that residents & families are comfortable & are involved in care planning & daily living goals.
Main Duties
Provide clinical guidance to residents & care staff
Undertake resident assessments & case conferencing in line with standards
Accurate completion, review & updating of relevant documentation
Motivation, training & development of clinical team members
Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met

Skills & Requirements
AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience
Up to date working knowledge & experience achieving accreditation standards
Ability to identify & improve areas of clinical risk & quality guidelines
