**Southern Cross Care Qld is currently looking for a full-time Clinical Care Manager to join our Stretton Gardens Residential Aged Care Home team in Drewvale.**

**Working closely with the Residential Manager, the Clinical Care Manager's role will be to assist and support the RM in the management of the facility with emphasis on accountability for the clinical care provisions with focus on**:

- Clinical oversight of the facility, including all clinical reporting and documentation
- Focussing on our staff to ensure they are Known and Loved, supported and educated.
- Managing the clinical teams timely and accurate documentation of resident care needs from initial admission, assessments to care plan development and regular reviews;
- Ensuring sound medication management and associated systems;
- Staff training, provision of ongoing management and support to all care staff
- Ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Accreditation Standards, in consultation with the Residential Manager and Care team.

**About you**:

- **You will hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse**:

- **Gerontology Nursing Certificate and/or Dementia Care Certificate would be highly regarded.**:

- **You will posses great communication skills to effectively communicate with people in writing and verbally**:

- **Be passionate about working as part of a strong supportive team to provide the highest level of care to our residents.**:

- **You must maintain all up to date COVID 19 and flu vaccinations**:
