Of course, you will be the face of engagement in Cairns, championing our brand, connecting with teams and fostering a culture where people feel proud to belong, contribute and grow.The role:Acting as a brand advocate - living and breathing the Crystalbrook way while inspiring others to do the same Leading culture and engagement initiatives that showcase who we are, what we stand for and why our Collaborators love being hereDesigning and delivering engaging training for everyone - from new starters getting their first taste of hospitality to leaders stepping into their next chapterDriving Crystalbrook Campus (our learning platform) and making it the go-to space for growth, development, and curiosityEquipping managers with the tools and confidence to coach, mentor and inspire their teamsIdentifying opportunities to position Crystalbrook Collection as a leader in employer brand with a strong employee value proposition within the hospitality sectorWhat we're looking for:Significant experience in learning, training or engagement (hospitality experience is a win).
