My Support Services, a highly respected provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Support Worker to be part of a team who will provide 24-hour care for one of our new participants.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

- Providing comprehensive 24-hour assistance tailored to the participant's needs.
- Managing and performing specialised care needs, specifically PEG feeding and incontinence management.
- Observing and reporting any changes in the participant's health status.
- Developing and maintaining a positive, supportive relationship with the participant.
- Ensuring the participant's welfare, safety, and health at all times.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualised support plans.
- Relevant qualifications in Disability Support or Allied Health. Those with a background in Nursing will be particularly valued given the complex care needs of our participant.
- Prior experience in providing care for individuals with ABI, and managing PEG feeding and incontinence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A current First Aid certificate.
- A National Police Clearance.
- A driver's license and reliable transportation.
