An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join Service Stream in our Lutwyche office
About the Role

Service Stream's Telecommunications division are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing company. You will be responsible for the end to end management of work orders and the related financial administration derived from this. The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance to all financial process and standards.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Lutwyche, QLD

Reporting Line: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for:

- Adhering to relevant contract, commercial and legislative guidelines including WHS regulations.
- Adopt a proactive and responsive customer service attitude to maintain good working relationships with clients.
- Ensure all systems are administered correctly and aligned to the requirements of the program
- Assist project team to all sites are quoted within contractual timeframes
- Ensure all documentation is provided for Invoicing in line with client and company requirements
- Assist project team to ensure all sites are fully invoiced within contractual timeframes
- Ensure all supplier invoices for the region are returned within 4 business days of receipt
- Produce ad hoc reports and reconciliations as required by the business or the client in a timely or accurate manner
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documents as required by the contracts and Service Stream
- Work with, provide information, advise and assist the Regional Manager to proactively drive financial targets in the region.
- Ad-hoc related duties as directed

About You

You will also demonstrate and possess the following:

- Demonstrated experience of working within a project environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word and PowerPoint.
- High level numerical analysis and problem solving skills with the ability to provide clear conclusions and recommendations.
